FT.LAUDERDALE, FL (October 2009) – Imaging Network, publisher of leading magazines in the office channel and producer of the ITEX show, the annual mega tradeshow for office dealers seeking peer-led education, innovative product and quality exhibitors to partner with, indicate that it’s “business as usual” for the company, and that their core products and services are healthy and proceeding forward, reflecting their positioning after their parent company, Questex Media Group, filed a Chapter 11 filing.
The filing was for balance sheet restructuring which will make Questex Media a stronger company.

imageSource Magazine and the ITEX tradeshow will continue as scheduled and the filing does not affect staff, advertisers or clients.

Questex expects to be out of bankruptcy court within less than 60 days. The company’s business will continue operating without interruption during this restructuring process and its management team will remain in place.
