Philadelphia, PA - February 28, 2013 - Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group "seeking to unite" served as the advisor to John Spitzig, President and Owner of Michigan Business Systems, Inc. on the sale of Michigan Business Systems' assets to Applied Imaging.
