Running concurrently on Tuesday, March 10th from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from industry analysts and interact with other forward-thinking executives to discuss how to best navigate the changing market landscape. The 2015 ITEX Executive Workshops are designed as interactive peer-to-peer sessions for executive leadership and decision makers. Attendees can learn from those already executing successfully in the channel and leverage their best practices insight to transform their own business.

Executive Workshop I: Mapping the Next Business Model: Channel Diversification
Hosted by InfoTrends, the worldwide document technology strategy, research and consulting firm, the first Executive Workshop, “Mapping the Next Business Model: Channel Diversification” will feature a series of “Dealer” panel discussions. Innovative dealers and solution providers alongside InfoTrends analysts will share their knowledge, hands-on strategies and in-the-trenches information on successful channel business transformation strategies. Speakers include David RamosRandy Dazo, and Jon Reardon of InfoTrends; Douglas Horne of Center for Business Innovation (CBI); and Jeff Dotzler of Gordon Flesch Company.

Executive Workshop II: CompTIA: Gaining Business Agility to Adapt, Strengthen, and Transform
Blain Wease and Terry Hedden of CompTIA, a non-profit trade association for the global information technology industry, will lead the Executive Workshop, “Gaining Business Agility to Adapt, Strengthen, and Transform,” and bring together the office and IT channels to create an open dialogue about effective business transformation. Featuring a “quick start” guide, executives will learn how to evaluate their business, the signals for change, and how to take corrective actions to fine tune their company’s business plan. Participants will also gain access to CompTIA membership discounts and certification exclusives.

Following the Executive Workshops attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in the inaugural dinner cruise event along Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway.
