NXB is currently working closely with a top 5 device manufacturer to deliver real time device analysis and information to the technician’s hands. This will allow NXB to identify machine problems before the customer knows of the issue and will allow the auto-creation calls to respond quickly and efficiently.
In July, NXB announced its Dealer resell agreement. NXB has brought its offering to other industries and is now offering Copy Dealerships the opportunity to resell in their market. This will give Dealers new revenue opportunities with their current customers.
