Roger Jung, vice president of sales, says these partnerships are integral to expanding the reach and opportunity of vendor marketing. “OEMs provide dealers with some great marketing resources, but only a few dealers take advantage of them,” Jung said. “Most dealers want the ability to customize a piece and brand it according to their needs, but it takes too much effort for a dealer to log in to their dealer portal, contact an ad agency for customization, upload the piece into an email marketing platform and send it out,” Jung added, “so we have developed a specific program for vendors in which we create and host their campaigns.” Jung also mentioned that because Evolved Office is a third-party platform, dealers are assured that their email lists are secure and confidential on the EO platform. Some of EO’s vendor partners include Toshiba, DocuWare, and Compass Sales Solutions (CRM integration).
