MSE Employs Injection Molding Technology for In-house Production

1 Nov, 2012

Van Nuys, CA – October 2012 - MSE, a global leader in applying patented technologies in the production of high- quality remanufactured toner cartridges, has strengthened its production capabilities and tightened quality control by acquiring injection molding equipment.

MSE is now capable of mass-producing small plastic cartridge parts, while also controlling the quality of these parts at its 225,000-square-foot, Van Nuys, California facility.

“We have seen a great deal of variability in outsourced, offshore small plastic parts,” says Yoel Wazana, president, MSE. “We want to control this aspect in house and eliminate this variable. MSE is firmly committed to US manufacturing and this new investment now brings another operation under our roof.”

Founded in 1994 by Yoel Wazana, MSE is the largest remanufacturer with U.S.-based production facilities and a leading-edge innovator in the marketplace. MSE pioneered the process of Intelligent Re-Engineering™, which employs patented technologies, proprietary processes, and stringent testing methodologies that result in the market’s best alternative to high-cost OEM print consumables. MSE has sales and distribution in Canada, Europe (UK and the Netherlands), Israel, UAE, Brazil, and USA (California and Pennsylvania).  For more information visit www.mse.com.
