ARCOA Group Inc. Acquires Miller Electronics Recycling

Waukegan, IL - July 18, 2013 -  ARCOA Group Inc., an asset management and electronics recycling company with corporate offices in Waukegan, IL, has expanded into the Milwaukee, WI market through the acquisition of Miller Electronics Recycling on July 1, 2013. Miller Electronics Recycling and its predecessor, Midwest Computer Recyclers, have serviced the greater Milwaukee market and the State of Wisconsin since 2001, offering full service electronics disposition and recycling.

Miller Electronics Recycling will assume the name of ARCOA and will continue to operate out of the current location in Oak Creek, WI. ARCOA President George Hinkle stated. “ ARCOA currently serves customers from around the country including southeast Wisconsin, but to be able to have a local presence in Milwaukee is very exciting for us. ARCOA was originally founded in Kenosha back in 1988 but relocated the corporate offices to Illinois in 2003 so we feel as if we are coming home”. ARCOA plans to continue to offer R2 and ISO 14001 certified IT asset disposition and recycling services to Milwaukee and metro area business and corporations as well as electronics recycling services for local residents.

ARCOA Group is the parent company of Midwest Copier Exchange, Business Equipment Specialized Transportation, ARCOA (Asset Recycling Company of America) and ARCOSA (Asset Remarketing Corporation of South America).  All companies specialize in recycling and remarketing IT assets and electronics.  ARCOA Group has offices and warehouse locations not only in the greater Chicago area, but also in Orlando, FL, Baltimore, MD, and Santiago, Chile.
