Compass Releases Enhanced Mobile Version to Access Client Information via Smartphones & Web-enabled Devices

Boise, ID – September 6, 2012 – Compass Sales Solutions, the leader in Sales Opportunity Management software, announces the release of the highly anticipated enhancement to our mobile product, SherpaGo, with the addition of the OMD and eAutomate ERP Interface.  Available to all SherpaGo subscribers as of October 1st, 2012, this enhancement will add the functionality of being able to access your critical OMD & e-Automate data through any mobile device such as smartphones, iPads, Androids, tablets via their web browser.  This new enhancement will allow your team to view equipment information such as:

• Service histories
• Contract rates and information       
• View accessories attached to a model
• Group Bill information
• Meter history
• Meter detail
• Excessive service query

Introduced in April 2011, SherpaGo enables your Sales Team to securely and easily access your client and prospect information in Sherpa, from any web enabled device.  The ERP integration expands this functionality and allows for complete and secure access to your Sherpa database from the field.  The SherpaGo module also allows you to view, edit, and update client information such as addresses, contacts, activities, and equipment while in the field as well as the ability to add new prospects to the database and view equipment price lists.  In addition, calculating a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while conducting a walk through at the client’s location has never been easier.
