Under the leadership of ESP CEO, Stephen Galloway, the company has expanded the sales management team to enable the company to grow its core businesses (ESP and SurgeX), accelerate technology adoption, and expand into new industries.

The firm’s new sales management team changes include:
- Mike Naples has been promoted to Vice President, Global Accounts
- Gary Shallo moves to Vice President, Major and International Global Accounts
- Wayne Mize has been named Vice President, Global Account Services
- Dave D’Agostino has been appointed Vice President, ESP and Energy Intelligence Sales
- Dean Blachowski has been named Director, ESP Technical Sales and Marketing
- Shannon Townley has been promoted to President, SurgeX and Energy Intelligence Solution Sales
- Brian Nachtigall, has been named Vice President, Energy Intelligence and Strategic Account Sales to expand ESP’s new global accounts team
- Mike Naples has been promoted to Vice President, Global Accounts, reporting to Galloway
In Naples’ new role, he will have full ownership to create programs, strategies and sales tactics to penetrate and grow ESP’s business within existing imaging OEM’s, new OEM’s, international global accounts, and international distributors. Gary Shallo will now report to Mike Naples in his role as Vice President, Major and International Accounts, expanding into the imaging OEM space. Wayne Mize, who will also report to Naples, has taken on the role of Vice President, Global Account Services. The global accounts team also includes Richard Carrasquer, Director of Sales, Latin America. To increase ESP’s core business initiatives within the office technology industry, Dave D’Agostino has been appointed Vice President, ESP and Energy Intelligence Sales. D’Agostino will bring to this new role a keen focus on new and future products and technology platforms. Helping D’Agostino will be Dean Blachowski in his new role as Director, ESP Technical Sales and Marketing. Blachowski will work directly with the ESP sales team under D’Agostino’s direction to facilitate ESP’s technology development, product technical support, marketing, and technical sales training.
To expand the company’s new business initiatives, Shannon Townley has been promoted to President, SurgeX and Energy Intelligence Solution Sales. Townley will maintain all the core responsibilities to expand the SurgeX brand and technology. Additionally, he will be assigned ESP’s new strategic growth initiatives working cross-functionally with the entire management team. Reporting to Townley in this new capacity will be Brian Nachtigall, Vice President, Energy Intelligence and Strategic Account Sales.
