Hundreds of Imaging Industry Professionals Equipped for Success at Transform 2012

May 30, 2012 – Midway, KY – Hundreds of professionals from across the imaging industry gathered in Orlando, FL this May 22 – 25. They armed themselves with solutions to navigate the convergence of IT managed service and traditional hardware.

On Wednesday, attendees participated in pre-conference workshops addressing entry-level and advanced managed print services. That evening, the conference officially kicked off with a welcome reception hosted by platinum sponsor OKI at the Hilton Bonnet Creek’s Signature Island.

Transform 2012 conference sessions commenced on Thursday, May 24. Platinum sponsor HP introduced keynote Ken Schmidt, former director of communications at Harley-Davidson. Schmidt shared Harley’s story of revival from the brink of bankruptcy. He described the company’s focus on building relationships, validating customers in the buying process, and differentiating business with services. An evening networking reception hosted by platinum sponsors MWAi and Intel rounded out the night at Harley-Davidson Historic Factory.
