MSE Commissions Aftermarket Color Laser White Paper

24 May, 2013

VAN NUYS, CA – In 2012 Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE) participated in an independent survey conducted by the Cameron Consulting Group (CCG) which aimed to assess the attitudes of independent dealers regarding the quality and outlook of aftermarket imaging supplies for color laser.

In this survey, which compared the products of leading aftermarket manufacturers and distributors of imaging supplies, and featured over 200 dealers offering their thoughts and opinions, MSE was rated # 1 in color quality and dealer confidence.

MSE has now commissioned CCG to author a white paper that offers further details as to the findings in the study.

“When everyone claims leadership, it is very challenging for dealers to separate fact from fiction as related to color quality of aftermarket toner consumables,” says Luke Goldberg, senior VP, MSE, who worked with Cameron on the paper. “Because of the favorable input from independent dealers, this paper can serve to corroborate our own statements regarding the superiority of our color product.”

The white paper’s factual findings provide a backdrop to the concrete differentiators that have led MSE into the color quality leadership position. It also contains testimonials from large dealers about how MSE grew their color business and comparisons between MSE and other manufacturers and distributors related to toner quality. It even breakdowns performance by SKU.

Added Mr. Goldberg; “In addition, this white paper can be used as third-party testimony for potential end-user clients who are concerned about color quality. We are happy with the paper and we believe it will serve as a valuable tool for MSE and our customers for years to come as we attempt to capture our fair share of the growing 25-plus-billion-dollar color laser market.”
