OKI Data Americas Receives Summer Pick Award as Outstanding Device Management Solution for PrintSuperVision 4 Enterprise

14 Jul, 2014

Mount Laurel, NJ (July 14, 2014) — OKI Data Americas announces receipt of the prestigious Summer 2014 Pick award as Outstanding Device Management Solution from Buyer’s Laboratory LLC   (BLI) for its PrintSuperVision (PSV) 4 Enterprise. BLI recognized PSV Enterprise 4.0 for its ability to track and control device print, copy and scan documents by user and/or department, the easy to use capability with no training required, and also the fact that the software is free.

Of a particular note, PSV Enterprise 4.0 offers practical supply management through customized reports and alerts that evaluate when replenishment is needed based on the amount of usage. BLI technicians were also impressed with PSV Enterprise 4.0’s unique Multi File Printing feature, which submits a print-job directly to multiple devices on the network at once, making it ideal to distribute marketing materials and other information to remote offices or retail outlets.

“OKI PrintSuperVision Enterprise is a well-thought-out and remarkably complete device management utility that offers customers a wealth of functionality in an easy-to-use package,” said Jamie Bsales, Senior Editor for Solutions at BLI. “It offers exceedingly quick setup and device discovery–among the fastest BLI has seen to date among competing utilities–along with several standout features that set PSV apart from standard OEM fleet management tools.”

Twice a year with its Pick awards, BLI gives special recognition to hardware and software products that have provided the most outstanding performances in the analysts’ unique evaluations.

BLI noted that this free utility provides IT administrators and help-desk staff with centralized monitoring and management of networked and locally connected OKI output devices, as well as monitoring of compatible third-party printers and multifunction printers.

“OKI Data Americas is honored to receive the Summer 2014 Pick award as Outstanding Device Management Solution for our PrintSuperVision 4 Enterprise print management utility,” said Doug August, Senior Product Manager, Industry Solutions for OKI Data Americas. “PrintSuperVision Enterprise is an easy way for large businesses to remotely monitor and manage their document imaging devices across multiple locations.”

August continued, “PSV is a tremendous complement to OKI’s broad and award-winning portfolio of printing solutions, delivering greater workplace productivity, efficiency and reporting functionality.”
