Pros Elite Advanced Sales Management Classes sold out for the First Quarter

USA - January 2015 - The Office Imaging Industries only Benchmark Execution Sales Management Training program has overwhelmed its creator’s ability to supply it.  In November of 2014, the Pros Elite Group and Mellissa Whitaker International announced that they would conduct four Advanced Sales Management training seminars in 2015 after its incredible launch in 2014.

“The plan was to deliver the course to 20 participants in each quarter of 2015 said Steve Rolla of the Pros Elite Group.  Melissa Whitaker and I felt that we could deliver this amount of training and still be able to respond to our other consultative offerings. We were caught off guard by the overwhelming endorsements of Company Presidents like Bruce Gibbs at GFI Digital in Missouri who attended the training with his entire Sales Management team. Six months after attending the inaugural class, Bruce told a group of Dealer Principals attending a Dealer meeting that “They would be stupid not to attend this training and then began to elaborate on how the action items, execution skills and tracking tools he took away from the training impacted the performance of his most tenured Sales Professionals”

“We received over 70 applications for the one class we planned to offer in January, said Melissa Whitaker.  Steve and I adjusted our schedules and offered back to back classes in mid- January that sold out the day after they were announced.  We then opened dates for another class in February which is already sold out. We have now trained over 15 Company President’s and 65 Sales Managers since November.  We were honored that Lou Usherwood from Usherwood in NY, Chris Black from RK Black, Barry Wallingford from Atlantic Business Systems, Jay Verno from Hagan of Meadville, Bill Irwin from Data Line Central, Garrett Williams from Image Solutions, Nina Knight from Imagetek, John Schriver from Block Business Systems, John Eckstrom from Carolina Business Equipment, Bob Lashier from Laser Resources, Don Carver from UCI and Rick Wickham from Northwest Office Technologies led their companies as participants in our January seminars.  The next class that we will offer will be in April 21st and 22nd.   We already have 10 pre-registration attendees for April. We will open registration for the remaining slots in this course sometime in mid-February.”

“The demand for this training is pretty simple to understand Rolla explained.  Tom Johnson began building the benchmarking model for all three functions of a copier dealership, with input from Jerry Newberry and myself, back in 1992. Melissa Whitaker and Steve Rolla will be at the BTA Southeast meeting in Orlando, Florida on Saturday March 21st.  Melissa will be presenting a one hour session on the achievement of some of the Sales Management benchmarks and coaching skills required to execute them. Steve Rolla will be joining Michael Frattini from Square 9 at the ITEX meeting in Orlando Florida to discuss the importance of Document Management Solutions in achieving benchmarked revenue growth and profitability.
