Pros Elite Group Announces Addition of National Director of Service Optimization

Wesley Chapel, FL - January 12, 2012 - Pros Elite Group, Inc, an innovative service, sales and operations consulting and training organization to the Document Imaging Industry, is pleased to announce the addition of 30 year industry veteran Russell Greer as National Director of Service Optimization. 

Russ has extensive experience at every level of the industry.  He founded and was President of Alamo Copier Systems for 7 years, growing it to the premier dealership in southern New Mexico.  Russ has held various levels of Service, Operations & Sales Management positions with Ikon Office Solutions, Lanier Worldwide and Global Imaging Systems, where he drove his teams to exceed industry benchmarks, dramatically improving operational efficiencies and maximizing gross profit.  He has a wealth of experience with eAutomate and OMD and is an expert at analyzing and identifying areas of improvement, developing and executing a plan, evidenced by being awarded Service Manager of the Year during his tenure at Ikon and received  the Lanier Gold World Class Service Award two years in a row.
