Pros Elite Group Conducts Fourth Annual PE100 President’s Roundtable in San Diego

The Pros Elite Group, a leading consulting and training firm for the Office Imaging industry, recently held the fourth annual President’s Roundtable in San Diego. 

Jerry Newberry, Managing Partner, stated, “This was the most successful meeting we have had for our dealer group.”

The President’s Roundtable is a best practices meeting conducted for the top executives of the Pros Elite 100 dealer group.  A total of 57 participants attended this exclusive meeting.

The Pros Elite Group shared up to date market data prior to an in-depth presentation on Pros Elite 100 dealers’ financial, sales and service operational performance.  This entailed sharing where the top 1/3 of the dealer network are performing, along with explaining the best practices they used to achieve this level of performance.  New solutions selling tactics were introduced to help pursue the growing solutions market. 

The event then focused on Pros Elite 100 dealer presentations on internal leasing and alternatives to current leasing practices.  The group conducted robust breakout sessions on the best practices utilized by our PE100 members in solution selling, alternative leasing strategies, and alternative sources of capital funding.

Square 9, one of the strategic alliance partners, demonstrated their custom software solution designed specifically for the Pros Elite 100 dealer network. 

Tod Pike, Samsung updated the group on the state of the Office Imaging dealer environment as Samsung perceives it and, in addition, discussed Samsung's Office Imaging dealer network.

The Pros Elite Group reviewed its highly successful Top Gun online Sales training program with Melissa Whitaker International and previewed the Advanced Sales Manager Training program launching in 2014.

Outsourced Business Process Optimization presented their complete package on Business Process Optimization designed to secure Major and Named accounts through their extensive network of outsourced Business Process solutions providers.

The PE100 dealer executive attendees were given a presentation on how one of the Pros Elite 100 entities has been using a comprehensive social media marketing program to achieve record growth in 2013.

The final best practices session addressed the development of the new Pros Elite Group Managed Network Services benchmarks that will be validated throughout 2014.

Major suppliers such as Katun, ESP, Compass, and CGS reviewed how they planned to provide further support to the Pros Elite 100 dealers in 2014.

The Pros Elite 100 Certification identifies the Top 100 Service organizations in North America for the Office Imaging Industry.  This is an exclusive achievement that only one dealer can attain in a marketplace.
