Winter Haven, FL – August 22, 2012 – DocuLex, Inc., creator of award-winning, business-ready document management software, announced today the release of the new improved Archive Studio JAVA MFP touch panel applet.  The new improved applet is available through the Ricoh independent dealer channel.  Archive Studio, a product of DocuLex, is a document management solution that enables knowledge workers, regardless of location, to securely capture, manage and share electronic content in local server or cloud based document repositories.

Archive Studio's ability to boost process improvement capabilities offers Ricoh customers increased efficiency and productivity while reducing costs associated with distributing documents, maintaining paper and unstructured electronic files. The solution's seamless integration with modern Ricoh multifunctional products serves as the gateway for document input and output and allows organizations to tightly control the lifecycle of all valuable information assets. Organizations are ensured that corporate accountability and regulatory compliances are met, as the RiSVP solution software facilitates the flow of documents from initial capture and indexing to policy-based destruction.

"As a longtime solution partner of Ricoh, we are pleased to offer best-in-class document management applications to the marketplace," said David Bailey, president, DocuLex. "We are resolute in our commitment to continue to bring to market, scalable, robust and easy to use solutions that help Ricoh customers manage documents efficiently and enhance core business processes."

About Archive Studio’s WebSearch
WebSearch is the document management component of Archive Studio.  WebSearch may be utilized as a service in the cloud or acquired as an on-premise server-based solution.

WebSearch is a secure, browser-based document management software that enhances internal and external collaboration, business process workflow, email archiving, corporate compliance and records retention management scheduling. The program was developed for use throughout an organizations operation to regulate and streamline the flow of documentation and secure content access from any location at anytime.  The WebSearch user interface is similar, yet easier to use, than internet search engines such as Microsoft Bing, Yahoo and Google. Searches are performed by entering specific index field (meta data), full text content or date ranges, search history, search lists and saved searches.
