Trendler USA Partners with PGA of America to Promote Freedom Friday Apparel11 Jul, 2012
Jacksonville, FL - July 9, 2012 - Trendler USA, manufacturer and wholesale distributor of compatible toner for copiers and remanufactured laser cartridges for the national copier dealer and office supplies dealer market, announced they have partnered with the PGA of America North Florida Section to offer their Freedom Friday apparel as an incentive to promote their new products.
Freedom Friday is a 501C organization founded by the North Florida PGA of America to raise money for our armed forces and their families by selling this special PGA of America logoed apparel and directly benefitting Major Dan Rooney’s nationally known Folds of Honor Foundation. Freedom Friday is in its third year of raising money for our troops and is spearheaded by PGA Chapter President, Jack Aschenbach. Trendler USA has participated in the support of the Freedom Friday foundation and Aschenbach’s efforts from inception to help grow its reach to the golf community to generate funds for our troops.
Stephen Trendler, President of Trendler USA, stated, “We have found a solid incentive to generate greater attention to our new products throughout the United States while providing support for a most worthy cause for our military as we provide Freedom Friday apparel as a gift to our customers. We have been a supporter of the Freedom Friday efforts of the PGA of America from its inception and have been looking for ways to increase our support for this very worthwhile charity.”
Funds are raised by selling PGA of America logoed shirts, made by Cutter and Buck, and hats with Freedom Friday embroidered on the apparel. Friday is the designated day when the PGA of America encourages everyone to wear their red Freedom Friday shirts and hats to show their support of our armed forces. These shirts can be seen being worn on the PGA Tour, and most recently by spectators in a “Sea of Red” at the PLAYERS Championship. Added Trendler, “Freedom Friday apparel is the standard issue uniform for our offices on Fridays.”
Trendler USA will launch their next industry wide New Products newsletter to the dealer market featuring Freedom Friday shirts and hats to their customers and prospects as incentives to purchase their new products. What does copier and laser toner have to do with the PGA of America and Freedom Friday? Trendler stated, “Absolutely nothing. The real question is what do dealer owners and purchasing people have in common with the PGA of America? They play golf!”
This effort provides a triple benefit for dealers by providing new products to keep up with new equipment toner demands while receiving this high end apparel as a gift from Trendler USA, and our armed forces benefit from the sale of every shirt and hat in this effort. Trendler USA will be offering this incentive promotion throughout the month of July during Freedom Month to the entire copier and office supplies market in their e-newsletters as well as on their website, http://www.trendlerusa.com
