Seal Contract Discovery and Load empowers businesses to connect with customers, partners and employees in entirely new ways by enriching the Salesforce user experience through contract metadata and documents. The new Seal app enables businesses to locate contracts and extract key information that can then be uploaded to Salesforce, enriching their client data. By leveraging the capabilities of Seal, as new contracts are signed or amendments are made, they are automatically reflected in Salesforce.
Built on the Salesforce platform, the world’s leading cloud platform for social and mobile business apps, Seal Contract Discovery and Load is currently available on the AppExchange at http://appexchange.salesforce.com
Leyla Seka, vice president AppExchange and Partner Operations commented, “As more and more businesses move to the cloud, it’s increasingly important to ensure their workforces have all the relevant business information they need, right at their fingertips. By leveraging the power of the Salesforce Platform, Seal Software Group provides customers with the right social and mobile cloud technologies needed – such as contract data management -- to accelerate business success.”
Ulf Zetterberg, Founder and CEO, Seal Software Group said, “Being able to quickly access a single view of a customer, including all contract data, from within a single environment has a direct impact on workforce performance. Seal Contract Discovery and Load adds this contractual dimension of information to customer records within Salesforce. Having performed an automated discovery exercise across an organizations’ electronic file stores, Seal is the only solution available today to offer such a capability, while also enhancing and maintaining this information within. We’re immensely proud to be announcing the availability of Seal via the AppExchange and to offer a more complete customer view to Salesforce users.”
Leveraging the Salesforce Platform for renowned cloud and mobile access, users can now access key contract information, such as pricing, renewal dates, geographic coverage, discounts and much more, without leaving Salesforce. Seal also provides a fully text searchable copy of the entire contract ensuring users can quickly locate any contract document or embedded data.
Seal’s automated Contract Discovery solution first intelligently locates contracts across the enterprise, regardless of the original file format, extracts key metadata (e.g. start date, jurisdiction, etc.) and prepares this data for upload to Salesforce. The full text searchable document and the mapped data items are then associated to a customer record, a function that only the Contract Discovery solution can deliver on today.
