The first phase of our integration was the creation of a proposal app. With just a few clicks, a sales rep that uses Sherpa can put together an 11-page proposal template, including a cover, introduction letter, assessment overview, proposed products, and total savings right from Sherpa.
The second phase of our integration was the integration of our email marketing platform. Reps can now query a prospect list from their Sherpa account and launch a campaign straight into Evolved Office. Reps can track the success of their email marketing campaigns and follow up with their existing prospects.
The Future: Empowering Reps & Marketing Automation
We have now begun to develop a series of customizable templates that reps can use to streamline their day-to-day communication and prospecting. These templates will be aimed at providing the reps a personalized email template to send out to their clients and prospects.
In addition, sales managers will be able to control which reps gets access to what templates, and set permissions regarding editing. For example, a senior rep can utilize a template and edit it at his or her own discretion, while a junior rep would not be able edit the content.
The next big thing from Evolved Office will be automatic drip campaigns that are based on the sales cycles of individual clients. From post-assessment follow ups to end-of-lease reminders, and upgrading options, our drip campaign module will keep clients and prospects engaged, while protecting each rep’s customer base.
