Our 2014 Social Media Research revealed that 86% of B2B IT buyers are currently using social media networks in their purchase decision process. That is a big number; especially considering that many are still unsure of the impact that social has on business.

Social networks are a place where promotional content is expected, but educational content is preferred. Knowing that buyers are looking for these ten content types on social networks should make you start thinking about what you can do to make this happen. In most cases, that means collaborating across different product teams in order to create the content that the buyers want and need in order to move along the buying cycle.
