Facing fierce competition, realtors are constantly searching for new ways to
differentiate themselves and make their listings stand out from the crowd.  A
survey conducted by Xerox and International Communications Research found that
the vast majority of realtors consider color printing an essential aspect of
their business.  In fact: 

  • 95% believe that color documents present an image of
    impressive quality
  • 93% believe that clients remember marketing materials
    better when color is used
  • 91% believe that color printing can help businesses
    attract and win new customers

The best way for realtors to incorporate color into their marketing materials
is to adopt in-house color printing. When done in-house, color printing is a
simple and cost effective tool that can help find new customers and make a
stronger impression than black-and-white printing.  Seventy-two percent of
realtors have access to color capabilities at work, however many still use
