Densigraphix: 30 Years STRONG!

Densigraphix Kopi Inc. was founded in Montreal, Quebec in 1979 by Mr. Camille
Cotran. He felt there was an opportunity to be successful by providing copier
dealers a lower cost alternative to OEM electrostatic copy paper. He was
correct, and as the dealer base migrated to selling and servicing the first
generation of Japanese plain paper copiers, Densi introduced compatible toner,
to lower the dealer's cost per copy and thereby increase service profitability.

At the same time, Sel Drum Corporation was founded and focused not on toner,
but on replacement copier parts such as drums, blades and fuser components. Both
companies grew tremendously, constantly striving to keep up with the exponential
growth of new copier, fax and printer introductions that continues to this day.

Exceptional Value

In 1989, Densi saw the potential of the fledgling laser cartridge
remanufacturing business and introduced SX and CX supplies to the industry. The
only other suppliers at the time were US based, and the Canadian remanufacturers
embraced the first Canadian distributor of laser products. In 1999, Densigraphix
acquired Sel Drum Corporation, a perfect fit that has given their customers a
one-stop solution for toners and parts.

Today Densigraphix remains a private distribution company serving the office
imaging industry - with the same private ownership since 1979. With
International Headquarters in Montreal, Canada and warehouses in Amherst, New
York; Toronto; Vancouver, Canada and Germany, Densigraphix serves customers in
more than 35 countries.

Its success is driven by a mission to deliver exceptional value through
premium customer service, quality assurance and innovation.  Densi offers a
complete, trouble-free solution for copier and printer dealers with over 6,500
SKUs of compatible and OEM supplies, parts and remanufactured printer

Quality Assurance

“Densigraphix has direct relationships with manufacturers throughout North
America and the Far East.  Products are made to strict Densigraphix
specifications that undergo independent Quality Assurance at our headquarters in
Montreal”, states Mitch Schwartz Director Quality Assurance. “As with all
Densigraphix products, new compatible toners are backed with a 100 percent
customer satisfaction guarantee. Each toner is meticulously analyzed and tested,
ensuring that every Densigraphix toner meets or exceeds OEM equivalent density,
yield and consistency from batch to batch.”

In 2009, Densigraphix will be celebrating its 30th anniversary and is well
positioned for future growth in the imaging industry.  The Company looks forward
to the many challenges facing the constantly evolving imaging industry.

“Throughout 2008 we made significant investments in personnel and systems to
strengthen our supply and distribution chains worldwide. This summer we added a
$2M expansion to our corporate facilities that increased our warehouse capacity,
expanded our IT facilities, centralized our customer service function and
significantly enhanced our product development and quality assurance
capabilities,” states Daimin Bodnar, Executive Vice President, Operations. “Our
product development facilities will provide new, top quality products at a
faster pace than ever before. Our IT department will be increasingly dedicated
to providing customer solutions and service enhancements that will increase
service and supply profits to our customers,” continues Bodnar. “The
introduction this year of our extremely successful imageTONE line of
remanufactured cartridges and initiating our "Green Committee" are major steps
in enhancing our eco-friendly commitment.”
