Client Overview

BankVista, based in Sartell, Minnesota, is an independent, community bank
located in Sartell, Minnesota. From personal and business accounts to lending
and employer services, BankVista provides a complete range of financial services
to meet the needs of growing businesses and consumers. BankVista also
demonstrates a strong commitment to the community by providing more than 600
employee hours to charitable organizations and causes a year.

For BankVista, the decision to move their printers to Managed Services with
Marco came down to dollars and sense. The cost savings on toner, maintenance and
overall usage were evident.

of mind that all the bank's printing needs are being met. Using automated
managed print software, Marco remotely monitors toner levels and can
automatically send toner to BankVista before the toner is empty. This automated
functionality also signals potential service issues and can have them resolved
before the staff at BankVista even notices.

BankVista knows that the print environment has been created and continues to
be maintained with the company's business goals and customer service
expectations in mind. The Marco team first determined the types and number of
printers the bank needed based on its workflow and customer service goals. Using
that as a guide, Marco recommended both the type and location of printers to
achieve results.

BankVista to see how much each printer is being used and quickly assess areas of
over- and underutilization.
