Moving Forward with RJ Young
RJ Young is one of the fastest growing independent dealers
in the United States, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Notably, they offer
a full line of equipment from Canon, Ricoh, Lexmark, HP and Oce, and have a very
successful program for professional services. They are visited by dealers from
all over the country, and recently, Australian dealers have taken a keen
interest in what makes this company successful.
The company was started in 1955 by Robert J. Young, Sr., as
a Ditto duplicating dealership, and then he became a photocopier dealer. In
1986, Robert J. Young Sr. retired and sold the company to John T. Crunk, who had
first started with the company in 1958. In ‘96, Mr. Crunk became Chairman of the Board and his
son, John T. Crunk, Jr. became President and Chief Executive Officer, thus
continuing the tradition of the company being a family owned and operated

center referred to as Digital Production Services, an off-site copy center
program referred to as Document Management Services, as well as a technology
consulting group called ImageWORKS.
In 2007, RJ Young created ImageWORKS to handle document

department has grown and so has the demand for MPS. Now ImageWORKS consultants
work mainly with software and RJ Young has a dedicate MPS representative for
each of its locations.
