REChina Expo: Come Explore a Toner Nation

Shanghai will become a hub for the remanufactured printer/copier products world
in October with the first ever RE China Expo. The tradeshow will be a definitive
event for companies that remanufacture inkjets, lasers, toner, ribbons or other
consumables for printers and copiers, or businesses looking for empties or
private labeling opportunities.

show is a collaboration of the China Computer Industry Association (CCIC),
Shanghai International Trade Promotion Company, Shanghai PRT Exhibition Company
Ltd., and MWay International (USA). Everyone involved in the toner cartridge
industry is invited to make the trek to China for the expo, which will be held
from October 28-30.

RE China Expo tradeshow is dedicated to the global printer consumables industry
focusing on the recycling and remanufacturing of cartridges as well as
compatibles and alternative solutions.  More than 200 exhibitors from the United
States, China, India and other countries from around the globe are expected to
converge on the Shanghai Exhibition Center for three days of networking in the
second largest city in China.

Greater China Area (Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan) together with its
neighboring countries, India, Korea, Thailand, Singapore and the Philippines,
have become the powerhouse of this industry. According to the China Computer
Industry Association, more than 600 million printer ribbons, inkjet and laser
cartridges were produced in China during 2003. In addition, China offers a
growing population with huge market potential and a low cost manufacture
capacity unmatched in the world.

Liu, organizer for RE China Expo’s U.S. efforts explained: “There are tremendous
opportunities for OEMs, remanufacturers and vendors to succeed through the use
of Chinese-manufactured products. RE China Expo bridges the communication gap
between China and the United States and promotes effective trade relations.”

addition to the exhibits RE China Expo, in conjunction with Recharger Magazine,
will feature a series of forums that are intended to provide inside knowledge
into how to work with Chinese companies. There will be classes on intellectual
property issues, OEM/private label opportunities and the state of China’s
printing consumables market,

Understanding that many potential attendees have never traveled to China, RE
China Expo is working with area hotels and travel agencies to give attendees the
opportunity to explore Shanghai for all its history and beauty. Nightly events
will include downtown tours, shows and excursions to some of Shanghai’s most
notable landmarks.
