The Dealers have Spoken: Maximize your Potential at ITEX

thousands of document imaging professionals converge in Las Vegas this month for
the sixth annual ITEX convention, it’s important to understand why both
exhibitors and attendees of the event continue to return to the show and why an
increasing number of those in the industry are making a point of attending.

Simply stated it’s the RESULTS. Those who attend the event get them and those
who have not hear about them from their peers. ITEX is an event where
partnerships are formed and knowledge is gained. These partnerships and newfound
knowledge translate into profitable results for businesses.

Let’s face it, as areas of the industry are being threatened by several new
market trends, and competition from multiple sources, let alone the Internet,
learning how to defend your current market position is a must-know and must-do

“The importance of staying on top of trends and emerging technologies is more
significant today,” said Steve Suntres, senior account manager for Advance
Business Systems in Windsor, Ontario Canada. “With product parity and niche
superiority in the MFP market, salespeople need to understand that the
“consultant hat” has gotten even bigger.

“In order to maintain or grow their position in their respective markets,”

be held March 14-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The Perfect Image Awards are the annual awards given to selected dealers chosen
best in their field in document solutions. These awards honor companies and
people that are committed to providing a quality benchmark for ongoing success
and reflect excellence within well-defined categories.

Everyone is encouraged to attend the awards ceremony, which will take place at
the annual ITEX opening night kick off party, held in conjunction with BTA’s
80th anniversary celebration.

ITEX producer and imageSource publisher, Marc Spring, will emcee and present
awards to each recipient. Winners will be given beautifully engraved awards and
will be featured in imageSource magazine. The Dealer of the Year winner will be

The big gala will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center on March 15 from
