First, a little company background: Accutech Data Supplies is a traditional wholesale distributor of data storage media, imaging supplies, and consumer electronics. Since their inception in 1992, they have worked closely with top industry manufacturers and offer more than 5,000 different products.
According to Accutech’s staff, “Our organization is focused on being the low cost and most reliable provider of these type commodity products. We are a service oriented, customer friendly company, bringing a consultative approach to our customer relationships.”
In addition, “Most customers use us as a resource for miscellaneous industry info such as product compatibility, cross referencing, bid pricing, co-labeling, drop shipping, Bar-Code tape labeling, and just friendly personal service from one of our knowledgeable and experienced sales reps. In fact, most sales reps have over 10 years of industry experience!”
Accutech confirms that “We have, what feel to be, one of the best and most user friendly websites in the industry. We are compliant with virtually all connectivity platforms, (EDI, XML and Web based) along with integrators such as SPSCommerce, Commerce Hub and Innovis. We are also aligned with many of the back office platforms in the industry, such as Channel Online, Britannia, Quote Works, VAR Street, Net Results and much more!”
Importantly, Accutech Data Supplies has recently overhauled their compatible toner program. They have added SKU’s, personnel, private label and co-labeling programs, creating a solid offering for their resellers.
“In June of 2011, we hired Jack Cruz to be our Business Development Manager for our compatible toner program. Jack is a well-known industry veteran with years of experience,” says Wade Runestad, Vice President. Adding that, “We expect big things with our new comprehensive line of compatible toner.”
“We are exhibiting at this year’s ITEX Expo for the 5th year in row; yet this year has a new sense of urgency and there is a lot that’s new to talk about,” explains Chaz Foley, National Sales Manager.
He goes on to say that, “Most of our current customers think of Accutech as just a computer supplies company, but we are really much more. We’re looking forward to changing the old perception. Accutech’s revamped entrée into the OEM and compatible toner markets makes this years’ ITEX show very important to us. We now have our own box, a revamped dealer program, unmatched pricing and quality to present to the market.”
Without question, Accutech feels that “Ultimately our success is based upon our customers’ success. We all win together. We take our role of supporting our customers and their end users very seriously.”
