Perry James-Director of Office Supplies-NPD Group
Perry successfully launched NPD’s office supplies business in 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of business management including marketing, sales, and client and product development. He provides executive-level guidance, industry analysis, and overall strategic value to NPD’s clients about the consumer and commercial side of office supplies.

Aaron Dyck is responsible for helping LMI customers grow equity in their businesses by starting or advancing the performance of their managed print business. Mr. Dyck leads the nation’s most experienced team of Business Development Managers who are responsible for empowering LMI clients with award winning MPS resources, training, marketing and business execution strategies that ensure maximum profitability.

Prior to LMI, Aaron spent 10 years in the imaging supplies business including 5 years with PrintFleet Inc. as the Director of Sales. In this role, Aaron was also responsible for developing and supporting various OEM programs and Key MPS distribution partnerships.

Born and educated in Virginia, Ann spent 10 years in the Court Reporting business in Washington, D.C. before beginning a successful sales career in 1980 for an office equipment dealership in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In 1993 Ann started a consulting and training business in Virginia Beach. She develops and presents workshops and sales seminars for the office equipment industry.

Bill DeStefanis is Director of Product Management, MFP Solutions for Nuance Communication's Document Imaging Division. Bill held the position of senior director of product management and business development at eCopy prior to its acquisition by Nuance in 2009. He has also held senior level positions at IBM, SCANSOFT, and Lernout & Hauspie, and holds an MBA in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer School of Management.

Dr. Satwant Kaur is hailed as the “First Lady of Emerging Technologies” in Silicon Valley, as well as her live radio show, enlightening thousands.  Intel published her book entitled “Transitioning Embedded Systems to Intelligent Environments.” She was the CTO of Emerging Technologies group at TIBCO. She received her doctorate in Mobile IP technologies from Oakland University in Oakland, Michigan, and also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering with distinction from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, India.

Teri Dunn is the Director of Consulting for Print Management Solutions Group and a master facilitator for the company’s Selling Managed Print Services professional development program. Teri’s responsibilities follow a distinguished career of 26 years with Global Imaging Systems companies in Pennsylvania, Washington and Oregon and finally as Global Corporate Vice President of Marketing.
