Advantage-X Inc. Continues To Grab Xerox Market Share

Advantage-X Inc., an independent service organization, signed a national contract to sell and service high volume Xerox printing equipment. While not disclosing the specific details for competitive reasons, Jane Beekmann, President of Advantage-X, stated the contract is "significant."


"We purchase pre-owned machines, completely refurbish them to original manufacturer specifications with Genuine Xerox Parts, then service them to a higher standard," says Jane. "When you buy from Xerox, you may receive new or refurbished equipment according to their contracts, but Advantage-X customers save up to 50% off the retail price. Our pricing is lower than their most aggressive national account and government account contracts, plus there are significant savings for service, too."


Although price is their invitation into the marketplace, it's the high level of service that is fueling growth. Armed with a book of glowing customer testimonials, Jane converts an impressive 90% of prospects to Advantage-X after introducing her crack service team. "Whether pre-owned or new, operating expectations are the same," continues Jane, "and when something is not working right, customers want a quick resolution. Customers feel safe knowing they don't have to go through layers of management for help."
