Anacomp Enters Litigation Support Services with the Acquisition of CaseLogistix
San Diego, CA – Anacomp Inc., a leader in document and business process management solutions, recently announced the acquisition of CaseLogistix, a premiere evidence and litigation management software solution. While the terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, Howard Dratler, Anacomp’s Chief Executive Officer, said that the acquisition of CaseLogistix was a key element of Anacomp’s strategy to extend its leading docHarbor software-as-a-service platform into a new high growth segment with a truly unique offering.
