Arlington Industries Unveils New Arli.com Website

Arlington Industries, a privately-held wholesaler of copier, printer and fax OEM and remanufactured consumables for over 30 years recently launched its new arli.com website. Customers are able to place an order and check stock via the e-commerce site, view all customer loyalty promotions, download the bi-monthly sales flyer and much more.

Customers ordering online will find real-time pricing and accurate inventory, however, “it will never take the place of Arlington’s key strength: personal, one-on-one relationships between valued customers and expert sales reps,” said Sarah Green, Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Arlington remains dedicated to their customers and, to solidify top service in the industry, Arlington has instituted a customer relationship marketing (CRM) program. The program helps to develop long-term relationships and improve corporate performance through customer loyalty and retention. In addition, customers need not worry about Arlington becoming a competitor as they sell only to dealers and never to end users.

The website also promotes Arlington’s reputation of stocking the hard-to-find products that other wholesalers are either unaware of or cannot obtain. Today, Arlington Industries offers a broad line of toners and inkjet cartridges and a slew of other supplies for inkjet and laser printers, photocopiers and fax machines. They market and sell OEM and compatible supplies for Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Xerox, Canon, Sony, Brother, Sharp and Panasonic to name a few.

With Arlington’s five distribution centers (Chicago, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Atlanta), overnight delivery is never a problem. Next-day shipping is offered for orders received by 5pm. Arlington has a 99% fill and accuracy rate on all outgoing orders.

Arlington’s new website, with the addition of e-commerce ordering, is propelling Arlington as a leader in the imaging supply industry. Arlington Industries is confident in its blossoming role in the marketplace. Green concluded, “Industry sources say that growth for the remanufactured product segment will top 15 percent for at least the next few years. Remanufacturing has never had so bright a future, and we plan to be on the forefront of that future growth by providing excellent compatible products and customer service today.”
