BEI PROS Announces a Newly Developed “Advanced Service Management- Operational Excellence and Profitability Improvement Training Program


Wesley Chapel, FL (January 18, 2009) – President, Jerry Newberry (Former VP of Service for Global Imaging Systems) and Vice
President, Jeff Kelly of BEI PROS (www.beipros.com) are excited to announce the development of an “all-inclusive” advanced Service Management training class.

The “Service Management- Operational Excellence and Profitability Improvement Training” was designed to fill a major void that currently exists within the Document Imaging Industry. We have discovered that there is no formal training that covers all aspects of maximizing service operational performance & profitability. As a result, we have developed an all encompassing training program that focuses on addressing this area.

With over 70 years of combined experience, we have performed assessments in over 100 plus companies and have developed a systematic process that drives financial and operational performance to benchmark levels or above. Our goal is to take this knowledge and share it within the independent dealer environment.

Our “world class” training program is guaranteed to provide the skillset needed for Service Management to improve your organization’s operational performance, profitability, and ensure you provide the highest level of customer service within your perspective markets!

Mr. Newberry adds “We have gone to great efforts to ensure that our advanced management training program provides our participants with a hands-on approach that takes all elements introduced in our program and puts it into practical application. We accomplish this through breakout groups and case studies that require the participants to take the training and apply it to real world scenarios. Our extensive 4 day training program will be instructed by 3 of the industry leaders in Service; Jerry, Jeff and Wes McArtor (president of BEI Services). All participants can expect to learn how to identify and resolve all known problems that create lower than acceptable profit and operational performance! Managers will leave this program with a skill-set and a knowledge base to return to their location and actually perform a full assessment, develop action plans and implement strategies to impact all areas of opportunity. Once the training has concluded, it doesn’t end there! The BEI PROS team will assist each attendee in developing their individual customized action plan. In addition, we will provide support for 30 days after the training.
