BEI Pros Wraps Up Successful Advanced Service Management Operational Excellence & Profitability Improvement Training Program
Tampa, FL (July 2009) - BEI Pros wrapped up another successful Advanced Service Management Operational Excellence & Profitability Improvement Training program on July 9th for Office Imaging Dealers. BEI Pros recognized the need for an all encompassing training program for vice presidents, directors, service managers and supervisory employees. They developed the extensive classroom training and breakout session program to provide proven methods that drive profitability and operational performance excellence within Service.
The extensive 3-4 day training & breakout sessions taught the attendees how to read, interpret and react with evaluating service financials. Attendees learned to assess & identify opportunity areas, effective follow-up and delegation, as well as to identify problems and how to permanently fix them. Attendees also learned invaluable steps to achieve 52+% service margins.
