BEI Services, Inc. and NPRN Announce Software Services Agreement
Cody WY (December 2009) - BEI Services Inc. announces an agreement with
National Printer Repair Network (NPRN) to provide software for advanced national
service call routing and service performance measurements. NPRN will route
their national service calls automatically to the required servicing dealer
while gathering service performance data for those calls. The software will
automatically update the requesting dealer of the status of the service call
through its completion.
"Due to the variety of ERP and CRM systems the NPRN members have, they needed a common platform for us to provide the statistical data and associated benchmark requested by the NPRN members." said Bud Karakey VP of operations for BEI. "With nearly half of the current NPRN members as BEI customers already, it made sense to add this new software to our web services for the rest of the NPRN members to utilize, with the added functionality of automated call routing."

The NPRN members consists of more than 35 printer and copier dealers around the national that have come to an agreement to assist each other in repairing imaging equipment for a fixed dollar amount and parts mark up. This agreement insures these companies can maintain their profitability for their national account customers. Due to the activity in Managed Print Services, it became necessary to create an alliance with companies across the nation for a fixed repair cost.
