BEIPros Brings Together Two Powerhouses in the Imaging Industry
Cody WY - Jerry Newberry, former VP of Service for Global Imaging and Wes McArtor, President of BEI Services announce the formation of a new company, BEIPros LLC. These two industry leaders in service department benchmarking and performance have joined forces to provide imaging dealers with an unmatched source of service data statistics and operational benchmarks.
Jerry brings over 24 years of industry experience, the last 10 years with Global Imaging Systems, Mr. Newberry comments that, “ under the stewardship of Tom Johnson and Global’s new President Michael Shea, I was instrumental in transforming dozens of Global acquisitions into powerful service organizations!” Mr. Newberry adds, “the industry has many challenges today and needs an independent resource to assist them in achieving and maintaining high levels of profitability and customer service”.
BEI Services has for 15 years provided imaging dealers with an unbiased source of machine and technician performance benchmarks, as well as technician and sales compensation programs. Mr. McArtor stated: “Although dealers have benefited tremendously from the BEI Services benchmarking and compensation programs, yet many dealers have struggled with maintaining the momentum of efficiencies or correcting the underlying problems identified by BEI Service’s data, BEIPros can address these executions issues.”
