BRADSHAW PARTner Programs Are Tremendous Success

Bradshaw has announced that its new guaranteed parts support programs is a tremendous success.   “The goal of our PARTner programs is to make it easier for our customers to manage their service business from both a cost and administrative standpoint.  By leveraging our buying power across a breadth of service organizations, we are able to effectively guarantee a variety of services and offerings that are attractive to our customers.  We have implemented PARTner programs with several large service providers that provide guaranteed product availability, discounted freight programs, and guaranteed quality assurance measures in exchange for volume purchase activity.  These programs are specifically designed to cater to the service provider who wants to maintain a just-in-time inventory strategy while continuing to provide high levels of service to their customers.  We find that these support programs streamline business processes for both us and the service providers, allowing the service providers to reduce their parts and administrative costs while owning essentially zero inventory” said Brett Tompkins, Sales Manager for the Parts Division.

BRADSHAW has implemented PARTner programs with several large service providers in Texas and will soon be rolling out similar offerings on a national basis in the coming months.

We are a recognized industry leader in the production printer parts arena and have firmly established our presence in the desktop markets as well.   “We believe that providing a strategic offering to our desktop service customers that lowers their overall cost of doing business will set ourselves apart from other distributors, and that’s exactly what we’re seeing” stated Brett Tompkins.
