BTA’s ProSolutions to be Held Oct. 1-218 Sep, 2007
BTA’s ProSolutions to be Held Oct. 1-2
The Business Technology Association and Dealer Marketing Systems will host the third ProSolutions training seminar in Little Rock, Ark., on Oct. 1-2.
ProSolutions is a seminar for dealers who want to solve their client’s business problems. Software vendors teach dealers about technology. However, clients don’t care about technology – they want their business problems solved. Dealers need to understand their client’s business problems before they can provide solutions. This course will help them to do so. Attendees will learn how to talk with business owners about their business problems, and from there, they'll be able to apply document solutions technologies to solve these problems.
From solution specialists to major account representatives to sales managers, anyone who is directly engaged in the solution-selling process should attend this workshop. Solution specialists are great with technology and ProSolutions will teach them how to apply technology to solve business problems, as well as learn the sales skills they need to present and help close the deal. Sales managers will receive a framework to understand and manage the solutions sales cycle, while account representatives will learn new strategies to penetrate and land major accounts.
