Buyers Lab Issuing "Certificate or Reliability"
HACKENSACK, NJ—Surveys of Buyers Lab’s business consumer subscribers consistently show that the reliability of document imaging products remains one of their primary concerns. Moreover, with IT managers now being a major part of the purchasing process, there is even greater concern about misfeeds and malfunctions, given these devices will be connected to “their” networks. Clearly, the message Buyers Lab is getting from buyers looking to acquire today’s sophisticated document imaging devices is that they want assurance that they can count on them to perform reliably, and that’s where Buyers Lab comes in.
In response to heightened subscriber concerns, and to further address their need to know regarding this important performance matter, Buyers Lab is now issuing Certificates of Reliability, in addition to its comprehensive test reports, for all products that pass BLI’s extensive in-house reliability testing. In addition to issuing Certificates of Reliability for all products tested from this point forward that pass BLI’s reliability testing, Buyers Lab has recently issued them for all products that were tested over the past year that are still current and received a “Recommended” rating or higher from BLI.
