CEO Juice adds Automated Surveys

For copier dealers who want an easy and automated way to survey their customers CEO Juice has now added this to their monthly subscription.

"Our surveys don't require a login by your customers, but we still tie their responses to specific calls/orders/etc…" says Mike Kirkpatrick with CEO Juice. "This allows us to track survey responses, look for patterns and set alerts. For example, attaching a survey to an electronic invoice, or to an email with an update on a sales order, or an email advising that a service call is now complete.

CEO Juice also have the potential to compare survey responses across dealers and let you know how you compare specific areas of customer satisfaction.

When a sales person flags a sale as lost in the database, an email to the lost prospect from the company president can be generated, perhaps offering a Starbucks gift certificate if they complete a survey. Not only can CEO Juice email the survey response to the sales person, send admin the details of where to send the gift certificate, but they can look for trends and alert off those trends. CEO Juice's clients can either use survey templates or create their own and each survey is customized with the client's logo.
