CNG-Web Provides Secure Anytime, Anywhere Access to Documents Via Standard Web-browser

Huntsville, AL, (October 2008) – Cabinet NG (CNG), the preeminent automated document management and workflow solution for small enterprises, today announced CNG-Web. Available November 1st, 2008, CNG-Web gives Cabinet NG customers the ability to easily access essential business documents anywhere, anytime using a standard Web-browser.

CNG-Web extends the security of CNG-SAFE, Cabinet NG's Shared Access Filing Environment, to give users the ability to safely access and search cabinets and folders and view and print documents from virtually any location.

"CNG-Web provides simplicity to both users and IT by allowing employees and customers securely access documents via their Web-browser," commented Jon Clark, Vice President of Sales at Cabinet NG.

Furthermore, CNG-Web is .net, SQL and IIS compatible, so it works with most networks. Existing Cabinet NG customers with Concurrent, Named and View-only licenses can purchase CNG-Web and work on line without buying additional licenses. Web-View license bundles support logging in through a browser and viewing authorized documents are available in 5 and 10 user packs.

CNG-SAFE's automated document management platform gives SMBs all they need for successful electronic document management in a single package - advanced data protection, state-of-the-art user interface and the ability to integrate with most third party applications. Small enterprises in any industry can replace paper and boost accessibility and insight with automated electronic workflows that streamline internal processes – making filing, locating and sharing documents simple, seamless and secure.
