Copylite Products Launches Spanish-Language Export Website
Fort Lauderdale, FL (January 2009)—Copylite Products, global distributor of OEM and compatible imaging products, announced today that it has launched a Spanish-language e-commerce sub-site www.copylite.com/LAD. The new e-commerce site was created to better meet the needs of the company’s fastest growing foreign market to date, Spanish-speaking exporters. The sub-site has the same look and feel as Copylite.com, the company’s English-language e-commerce website. It also boast many of the same features such as on-the-fly product searches, catalog inquiries, credit and RMA requests, invoice lookup, and online ordering. “The Latin market is such an important and often underserved group,” said Shayra Quezada, Marketing Coordinator for Copylite Products. “Our company has set goals and put action in place to ensure that we are delivering premium products, competitive pricing and now 24/7 inventory accessibility to these clients.
March of 2009 will mark the second anniversary of Copylite’s recent acquisition of the Miami-based copiers exporter formerly known as Caribbean Copiers. Since the acquisition Caribbean Copiers has been operating as Copylite Latin American Division and has successfully acquired numerous new accounts in 2008. The website is for the exclusive use of export clients only and will serve as an online support portal for the division which is currently comprised of sales staff from the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Peru, Costa Rica and Puerto Rico.
“The Spanish-language export sub-site has been a long awaited project for many of us here at Copylite,” said Caroline Humphrey, Vice President of Operations for Copylite. “This past year we have realized many milestones in Latin America and the launch of this site is just a mere stepping stone for many more to come.”
