Corporate Express Chooses Print Audit for Print Management
Print Audit, a print tracking software developer, announced that Print Audit's new Australian office has sealed a reseller partnership with Corporate Express Australia Limited.
Corporate Express intends to use Print Audit's flagship software, Print Audit 4, to help major clients manage their fleets of printers and multi-functional devices. Print Audit 4 is a comprehensive, detailed, client-based tracking solution that is used to analyze, reduce and recover costs associated with printing and plotting. The program can track printing to all networked, local and direct to IP printers.
"The synergy that exists between Corporate Express and Print Audit will result in substantial benefits to businesses throughout Australia," said Peter Birnbaum, Director of Operations for Print Audit Australia/New Zealand. "The marriage of high quality products and high quality service will result in premium solutions that will add real value for thousands of Corporate Express customers."
Corporate Express will also utilize Print Audit's Print Assessment Tool to make assessments on behalf of their clients. The Print Assessment Tool is a special 30 or 60 day version of Print Audit 4 designed specifically for office equipment vendors. The software provides dealers with a complete view of an organization's printing volumes over a period of time.
Gartner estimates businesses can save up to 30 percent on their document printing costs with better printing device asset management. The Print Assessment Tool will enable Corporate Express to recommend hardware solutions based on real data gathered by Print Audit 4. Many office equipment dealers are finding that having this option differentiates them from the competitors in today's highly competitive marketplace.
