CPO Ltd. Names Christina Arnold to Lead Managed Print Solutions Division
SANTA CLARA, CA, ISSUED AUGUST 3, 2010… CPO Limited, a solution provider of document imaging products and services, has chosen Christina Arnold to lead the company’s Managed Print Solutions Division. In this role, she will work with the company’s sales team and its clients to develop and implement this growing industry concept.
Managed Print Solutions is the practice of analyzing the cost per page of generating documents rather than viewing it in terms of equipment cost alone. Carefully designed Managed Print programs can save businesses between 10% and 15% annually on their cost of producing documents.
The Los Gatos, CA resident, a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Business, joined CPO Ltd. two years ago as a junior account manager, where her initial responsibilities included sales of MFP (Multi-Function Printers) products. From there, her responsibilities increased to Account Manager; and recently, after completing an industry training program, she has taken on this expanded role which has been created in the company to recognize the importance of this concept in the industry.
The Saratoga, CA native is active in a number of area networking organizations and Chambers of Commerce. Her outside interests include hiking, spending time at the beach, and expanding her interests in the culinary arts.
“I am pleased to have this role with CPO Ltd.,” she said, noting “Managed Print Solutions will be an important direction for the company.” Industry research points to the fact that many companies spend between 1% and 3% of their annual revenue on document output. A properly implemented Managed Print program can reduce this expenditure by 10% to 15%.
“A company with annual sales of $5 million, for example, would look at as much as $150,000 in annual document generation costs. Managed Print programs can cut that figure by $15,000 to $20,000,” she noted.
CPO Ltd. will announce seminars and workshops to be offered in the San Francisco Bay area in the future to educate businesses on the advantages of a Managed Print Solutions approach to document generation.
