Cyber-Test, Inc. Launches a New Website

A typical AdvanceX transaction starts with a visit to the website at www.equipfix.com to find the printers, faxes, monitors, or multi-function refurbished machines needed for exchange. Then a review of the pricing options for the selected units automatically pops up allowing the purchase to be added to the cart. It is at this point that a selection of the shipping options most appropriate for your customer to receive the AdvanceX unit is accessible. When the shipment has been received by the customer, the enclosed in-structions explain the return shipping process. From here the customer places the defective unit into the advanced exchanged unit’s box, attaches the ARS label and calls the UPS #800 for a pickup to return the defective unit to Cyber-Test.

A new feature repeatedly requested by Cyber-Test customers is the Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) lookup page. To access this new feature, scroll to the bottom of the opening page and click on the IPB icon. Once this opens, you are taken to the IPB lookup page. Here you initiate a search by manufacturer and model in the drop-down menus for the IPB requested. At this point, the IPB will load and you will be able to hover above the required part with a highlighted red box appearing. Simply click on the part inside the red box and you are taken to the price and availability page. If you require a parts breakdown to confirm your parts, just print out the IBP for future reference
