David Burchell to Head Printer Repair Training and Support Operations for Metrofuser
Roselle NJ (April 14, 2008) - Laser printer parts manufacturer Metrofuser (www.metrofuser.com) announced the appointment of David Burchell to Director of Training and Support.
David will be authoring the repair training, directing the curriculum and certification programs for both the Metrofuser California and New Jersey Training Centers. "I have been in the fortunate position of training technicians for a long time, but I am extremely excited about bringing these training techniques to the market with Metrofuser.” said Burchell “The combination of superior training and excellent parts will take service departments to the next level"
David Burchell holds SMP, ISP, CIS, Master Technician certifications. He has been in the Printer Service Industry for 9 Years working as a printer technician then Service Manager and Director of Service for an INC500 recipient. Under his tenure his service departments grew 200%+ monthly and managed contracts nationwide. David served in the US Army in Desert Storm as a tanker and holds OEM certifications with Hewlett Packard, XEROX, Lexmark, Brother, Tektronix and Copystar.
