Densigraphix Kopi Expands to Better Service Its Canadian Customers
Montreal, QC (CANADA) – Signaling confidence in a healthy future, Densigraphix Kopi Inc., a leader in the copier and laser remanufacturer markets, announced that major changes have taken place within their Customer Service and Sales Departments in their continued efforts to providing better service to the Canadian market. The changes include a newly appointed District Sales Manager for Quebec, three newly appointed personnel to the order desk staff, a newly developed direct sales phone line as well as a newly developed Customer Care Center to handle all customers’ after sales services.
Densigraphix is very pleased to announce Jean-Michel Arsenault as the new District Sales Manager for Québec who will be focused on introducing new opportunities as well as assisting the Quebec Sales Representatives Sylvie Robidoux and Denis Larouche in their region’s growth. Jean-Michel brings 17 years of valuable industry experience with him.
Densigraphix would also like to introduce Chantal Lajoie-Patenaude, Claude Labrecque, and Eve-Lyne Foucault who have joined veteran staff members Franca Filippone and Tanya Smith in the Order Desk Department.

In addition, the growing Order Desk Department has a new toll free phone number, 1-877-77-DENSI, which will ring straight through to the head office in Montreal, Quebec from across Canada. Furthermore, a Customer Care Center has been created to facilitate customers’ after sales service. The Customer Care Center includes a newly developed RMA Department as well as the Technical Support Department. The RMA Department will handle the process of all credit and warranty returns to Densigraphix Kopi, which will be headed by Josée Bujold. The Technical Support Department is headed by Mitch Schwartz and is supervised by Dino Fusaro.
“The main objective for the new returns department is to ensure that we exceed our customers expectations at all times when it comes to after sales service”, states Louise Boisvert, Director Customer Service. “The department will be lead by Josée Bujold because of her well rounded knowledge of sales and returns accumulated over the past 9 years that she has been with Densigraphix. She will also be working closely with the technicians in the QC department in qualifying the returns.”
