Densigraphix Markets Compatible Toner Cartridge for Canon Copiers
Montreal, Quebec, Canada (April 1, 2009) – Densigraphix, today, announced the release of a new compatible toner cartridge for use in the Canon imageRUNNER 5050, 5055, 5065 & 5075 (GPR 24) series copiers for the dealer market.
“This new compatible toner cartridge is a very significant product release for Densigraphix since we believe we are first to market with an aftermarket toner cartridge solution for the Canon imageRUNNER 5065 photocopier in North America”, states Daimin Bodnar, Executive Vice President. “More importantly, we also have exclusivity on the toner formula.”
Introduced in 2007, the Canon imageRUNNER 5050 series machines cover segments 4 and 5. The 5050 is rated at 50PPM with the 5075 at 75PPM. All machines are MFP with available features such as: Fax, Internet Fax, Network Fax, Network Printer, PC Fax, Printer and Scanner. Consumables for the series are: Amorphous silicon photoconductor rated at 3,000,000 prints, Fuser rollers both rated at 500,000 prints and a drum cleaning blade rated at 1,000,000 prints.
“All our cartridges are 100% new-build, non-patent infringing products that carry the Densigraphix Product Warranty”, comments Mitch Schwartz, Director R&D and Quality Assurance. “While the OEM rates the toner at 48,000 prints on 2,200 grams, when we ran the BLI 6% pattern the OEM average was 49,335 to Densi’s 51,078 prints.”
As with all Densigraphix products, the Canon imageRUNNER 5065 new compatible toner cartridge undergoes stringent quality assurance testing to ensure that it meets or exceeds OEM equivalent density, yield and consistency from batch to batch.
