Depot America Promotes Customer Service Manager

NEPTUNE, N.J-- Ms. Kristen Boardman has recently been promoted to Client Services Manager for Depot-America, a leading fourth party maintainer of desktop printer sub-assemblies. Hired as Customer Service Manager in October of 2000, Ms. Boardman's original duty was solely to oversee the ten member customer service team.

Now, as Depot America continues to grow in size and add to the services it provides, Ms. Boardman's responsibilities within the company increased. As Client Service Manager, she will supervise the inside sales team of six in addition to her previous charge. "We are always pleased when we can promote someone from within the company to a position of greater responsibility," said David Montanaro, Director of Sales. "Depot America employs many of the most diligent and well-trained people in the industry, and we strive to give them the recognition they deserve."

According to Mr. Montanaro, "It takes a special kind of leader to take the helm and effectively manage and motivate a dynamic group of professionals such as those at Depot-America. It has been clear from the start that Ms. Boardman is just that type of person." Previously the manager of a retail book superstore, Ms. Boardman finds much to enjoy about Depot-America. "It is thrilling to be a part of a company that is a market leader in its industry and to work to help that company achieve goals that are even higher."
