BRYN MAWR, PA - Strategy Development, Inc., a management consulting firm focused to the imaging industry, today announced the addition of Ari Mellon as Senior Consultant. With the addition of Mr. Mellon, Strategy Development will launch a sales institute to provide advanced sales and management training programs.

Ari Mellon brings to Strategy Development a wealth of experience in the imaging industry. Previously, Mr. Mellon was director of field sales operations at IKON Office Solutions where he had responsibility for the development and deployment of 225 sales managers and 1,100 sales representatives producing over $600 million in equipment revenue. Mr. Mellon also led the New York City sales force for IKON as general sales manager, increasing equipment revenue 12 percent and sales representative productivity by 23 percent.
Previously, Mr. Mellon earned distinction as the top sales producer in IKON’s Northeast District and followed that with multiple years of distinction as IKON’s top national production systems sales representative. After his promotion to management Mr. Mellon led the top producing production systems sales team, leading the company in the placement of Canon production systems. Mr. Mellon began his career in the imaging industry at a large independent dealership after earning his Bachelor Degree while attending the University of Miami on a full athletic scholarship.
Ari will lead the Strategy Development Sales Institute, which will provide advanced sales and sales management training.
