DocuLex Announces the Implementation of Its New Customer Experience Program
Winter Haven, FL (April 18, 2011) – DocuLex, Inc.(www.doculex.com), creator of award-winning, business-ready document management software, announced today the initiation of its Customer Experience Program, a program that will revolve around further education for DocuLex Dealers and Partners on the benefits of owning DocuLex software. Aspects of the program will include increases in educational email, mail and other communications, regular webinars on newly released and forgotten features of the Archive Studio Software Suite, post-service surveys, prompt follow up to requests for upgrades and annual support (maintenance bundles), information on professional services available, as well as a venue for escalating outstanding issues. Laurie McDonald, Manager of Channel Development for DocuLex, will serve as Director of the DocuLex Customer Experience Program. With this program, Dealers can expect enhanced relationships with their customers as a result of the benefits this program provides, giving the Dealer’s customers another reason to choose DocuLex software and services over competitive products.
“There was a gap in our existing processes that was becoming increasingly obvious – the need in the channel for more education on the benefits of the DocuLex Archive Studio Software Suite for document management and why partnering with DocuLex is a good idea. In an effort to demonstrate our commitment to our Dealers and Partners, we have implemented a comprehensive Customer Experience Program to provide a consistent stream of information and support that will ultimately enhance customer satisfaction,” stated David Bailey, DocuLex President. “Our Program will involve an increase in customer-related activities and a dedicated representative here at DocuLex solely focused on strengthening customer relations through consistent contact and communications. I fully expect the added support to our Dealers and Partners through the Customer Experience Program to receive an overwhelmingly positive response.”
About Archive Studio
The Archive Studio Software Suite helps businesses access records from almost any location with a user-friendly interface that is driven by a web-based browser. From basic content management to enterprise level process automation, the software’s functionality allows users to improve control over document security, workflow, retrieval, collaboration and retention of indexed information and digital files. Components of the software suite such as WebSearch help to automatically index collected information into a streamlined structure.
WebSearch is the document management portion of Archive Studio. WebSearch may be utilized as a service in the cloud or acquired as an on-premise server-based solution.
WebSearch was developed for use throughout a business's operations to regulate and streamline the flow of documentation and allow secure content access from any location, anytime. The WebSearch user interface is similar, yet easier to use, to internet search engines such as Microsoft Bing, Yahoo and Google. Searches are performed by entering specific index field (meta data), full text content or date ranges, search history, search lists and saved searches, and direct integration of Archive Studio with Microsoft SharePoint is possible. Remote sign-on capabilities via the web eliminate the need for FTP transfers, fax or large email transmissions. These capabilities are complemented by almost any multi-function device or scanner at a given customer worksite. DocuLex’s numerous client industries, including medical, banking, finance, insurance, legal, real estate, government and mortgage can benefit from an easy transition of paper-based images into a centralized business application with the Archive Studio Software Suite.
